Equans is recruiting for a Facilities Site Officer to join our team in Jack Hunt School, Peterborough, PE3 9PN. This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. On offer is salary of £28,.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 


Monday to Friday
- (weeks 1 & 3)
- (weeks 2 & 4)


1 hour unpaid break


ON CALL 1 every 4 weeks including weekend on call. On call rate £87.59 per week


What will you deliver?

  • Acting as the on-site point of contact for facilities requests

  • Carrying out basic maintenance, repairs, and planned tasks

  • Opening and closing buildings and ensuring site security

  • Responding to on-site emergencies

  • Maintaining cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and car parks

  • Liaising with school staff, management, and contractors

  • Supporting a 24/7 on-call rota
