FACILITIES SPECIALIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Track and assign facilities requests through Jira to maintenance technicians
+ Maintain interior office and factory cleanliness
+ Organize office cleanups
+ Plan, set up, and execute events for VIPs, vendors, and internal staff
+ Recommend move plans and help with office relocations
+ Perform job walks with key business unit managers and supervisors
+ Work with the purchasing department to ensure vendors are approved, vetted, and insured
