Responsibilities: Under general direction, plans and organizes facility maintenance repairs and physical operation and performs related duties as required.

Through subordinate supervisors, plans, organizes, and schedules the work of various craft workers, such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) repair workers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters.
