**Job Summary:**
The Facilities Supervisor will oversee the safe operation, maintenance, aesthetic appearance, and GMP documentation of our medical device manufacturing plant. This role manages a team of employees and third-party contractors to ensure the site operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly responsive, and demonstrates a strong customer service orientation.

+ Supervise and provide leadership to contractors and internal stakeholders to support facility operations.
+ Oversee contracted facility services, including housekeeping, pest control, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and more.
