Description

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a safe and functional environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management.
  • Manage facility-related projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • With hands-on experience in facilities operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to supervise technicians and contractors across multiple disciplines.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
