- Lead and manage the operation of manufacturing infrastructure, HVAC systems, Building Maintenance, Air Compressor, power distribution, and critical manufacturing facilities management.
- Develop and execute advanced facility management programs to ensure consistent performance, reliability, and sustainability of all systems.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety policies across multiple departments.
- Proactively optimize facility operations to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance production quality through data-driven solutions.
