Facilities Systems Tech Lead

This is a highly-skilled position requiring advanced knowledge of boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution, control system maintenance and operation, plumbing, electricity, carpentry, and painting. The skills required for this position will allow the incumbent to resolve repair issues independently with little to no supervision. The position will support small and midsize hospitals, critical access hospitals, small inpatient/outpatient facilities, and clinics. The Facility Systems Technician provides the necessary skill to operate, maintain, and repair various electrical/plumbing systems, movable equipment, physical plant equipment, furniture, walls, ceilings, and floors.
