Job Description

We are currently looking for a Facilities Technician!

Responsibilities:

  • Receives work order requests. 
  • Troubleshoots and addresses basic repairs and maintenance including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting tasks, etc. 
  • Ensures work is performed in a timely manner and prioritizes the most critical repairs. 
  • Performs other duties as required. 

    • Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; technical or trade school degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to submit to a Drug Test and Background Investigation
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and also have a reliable transportation.
  • Able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
