Facilities Technician

Applied Card Systems, Inc. based in Boca Raton, FL is hiring for a Facilities Technician.  

The Facilities Technician will perform a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to maintenance of mechanical equipment and maintenance of the structure of the Facility and its surrounding Campus.

• Requires general knowledge in carpentry, roofing, basic electrical, plumbing; HVAC preferred.


• Knowledge of Life Safety Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Security Systems, Card Access systems, UPS Systems, diesel generators, building management systems, fire pumps, etc.


• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of building systems and associated equipment.


• Comprehend and interpret directions, complete maintenance and repair record, and utilize inventory of parts and supplies.
