Facilities Technician

Role and Responsibilities:-

• Assist in daily M&E operations, including planned maintenance, inspections, and upkeep of common areas.
• Perform weekly checks and minor troubleshooting on M&E systems.
• Manage stock control for mechanical and electrical materials.
• Attend to ad-hoc complaints and emergency calls promptly.
• Support major breakdown responses by reinforcing manpower as needed.
• Ensure service contractors perform work according to contract standards.
• Supervise and accompany contractors during routine servicing.
• Handle minor M&E repairs and general handyman tasks (e.g., fixing fixtures, touch-up painting).
• Undertake other M&E-related duties as assigned.
