The contractor is responsible for performing and coordinating day-to-day facility activities which include:
Overseeing preventive and emergency repairs for all critical infrastructure (HVAC, Electrical, UPS, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression). Managing building automation systems, conducting routine rounds, and maintaining detailed logs of equipment performance and fuel levels. Validating third-party service delivery and supervise on-site construction or remodeling to ensure code compliance and quality. Performing regular site inspections (including roofs and equipment rooms) to identify deficiencies and ensure adherence to life safety and regulatory laws. Managing freight shipments, maintaining tool/emergency supply inventories, and documenting all mission-critical system operations. Acting as a responsive point of contact for tenants while proposing system enhancements to reduce costs and improve reliability.
