We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facilities Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and alarm systems. You will also perform general repairs, assist with machine maintenance, and handle various upkeep tasks such as landscaping, carpentry, and painting.

Roles and Responsibilities

Checklist buildings and perform building maintenance such as leaking issues, water supply system and other civil works.

Assist in the repairing of ventilation, air conditioning and other HVAC systems.

Assist in ASRS and bean packing machines operation maintenance.

Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.

Perform general repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.).
