NEW OPENING IN LITITZ PA, LOOKING FOR A FACILITIES MECHANIC HERE. LOOKING FOR AN UP-BEAT INDIVIDUAL WHO IS LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY. LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH SOME FACILITES MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.


THIS IS A DAY SHIFT ROLE 8AM-5PM


SALARY IS $50,700

    Position Summary


    The Facilities Technician supports the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the facility to ensure it meets the organization’s high standards of excellence. This entry-level role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to assist with a variety of operational and facility-related tasks.

    • Essential Duties and Responsibilities


    The Associate may perform some, but not all, of the following tasks:


  • Clean machines in the workshop



  • Change cleaning solutions



  • Mop and sweep floors



  • Blow exterior building grounds



  • Perform general cleaning tasks



  • Take inventory of Real Estate Operations stock items as needed



  • Shred documents



  • Stock kitchens and supplies



  • Prepare coffee



  • Set up catering and refreshment areas



  • Set up and reset meeting rooms



  • Support projects alongside other Real Estate Operations team members



  • Provide assistance wherever needed to support daily operations
