Job Description

• Performs fabrication, installation, maintenance, and major repairs. Maintains the operation of all building equipment, accessories, and components.
• Responsible for various duties in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, mechanical, chemical, electrical disciplines and pollution control.
• Assists in training and supervision of others in the use of building equipment and components.
• Responsible for input in the preparation of the annual budget for repairs and/or replacement of building equipment and/or components.
• Supervises building maintenance in the absence of management.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices
• Performs other duties as directed.
