**Facilities Technician**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined **Facilities Technician** to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of our facility. This role is responsible for maintaining both interior and exterior building systems to ensure a safe, clean, and functional work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform landscaping and general upkeep of building exteriors
+ Conduct cleaning and routine maintenance of interior office spaces
+ Inspect, maintain, and replace interior and exterior electrical lighting components, including switches, outlets, and lightbulbs
+ Replace missing or damaged ceiling tiles and ceiling grid components
+ Perform maintenance on drain pumps and drinking fountains; investigate and address leaks
+ Order, pick up, deliver, and track inventory materials with proper documentation
