Job Description Job Description JOB POSTING Technical Waterproofing, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician who will support the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our vehicle fleet by performing equipment and material delivery as well as facilities maintenance. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE Valid driver's license and clean driving record Proficiency with hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend and work at heights Comfortable working in warehouse conditions Strong attention to detail and a safety focused mindset Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced construction environment Ability to work across more than one building or location Follows direction with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Experience with driving different types of vehicles such as large cargo vans or flatbed trucks preferred but not required.
