Facilities Technician

1.Shift Operations and Monitoring
- Work in rotating shifts to support 24x7 onsite operations for a large-scale data centre.
- Monitor BMS systems, critical facilities, and equipment (fire safety, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems).
- Act as first responders and Level 1 escalation point for onsite operational incidents and issues.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical (M&E) equipment.

2.Service Requests and Documentation
- Respond to remote hands requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately document and update activities and requests on Web Portal ticketing system (ITIL).

3.Safety, Security, and Policy Implementation
- Ensure effective implementation of safety, security, and customer support policies and procedures for the data centre.
- Oversee onsite security operations, including processes, manpower, and security software systems.
