Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities, Warehouse & Fleet Coordinator to manage Samsic's physical infrastructure, fleet, warehouse operations, and core maintenance activities across our HQ locations. This hands-on role involves overseeing daily facilities support, preventative and reactive maintenance, fleet compliance, equipment management, and supplier coordination. You will work closely with front-of-house staff, warehouse teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
