In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee the efficient, cost-effective operation, maintenance, and development of a major retail property, while managing service providers and fostering strong tenant relationships.

  • Manage service providers, including fire safety, mechanical, BMCS, hydraulic, and other essential systems.
  • Oversee operating expenditure to ensure sustainable, cost-effective maintenance and operations.
