Facility/ Building Services Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled ACMV Engineer to oversee air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems in healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain ACMV systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Cooling Towers, MV, Autotube.
• Lead and supervise a team of Technical Officers and Technicians in preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.
• Investigate faults, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections and ensure systems comply with safety and statutory regulations.
• Maintain and update system drawings, SOPs, and service reports.
• Develop team schedules and provide training or guidance as needed.
• Support client walkabouts and liaise with stakeholders on technical matters.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
