Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for ACMV and building systems
  • Carry out routine checks on air-conditioning, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot and rectify ACMV and mechanical faults
  • Respond to alarms and user requests promptly
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance works
  • Ensure all works comply with HSE and safety requirements
  • Identify and report potential issues early to supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building-related discipline
  • 2-3 years' ACMV / mechanical maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of chillers, ACMV equipment, BMS/BAS is an advantage
  • Familiar with building maintenance and safety procedures
