Overview

For our headquarters in Geneva, we are currently looking for a Facility Coordinator who will be responsible for office management and administrative support for our CEO.

Responsibilities

Office & Facilities Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Geneva headquarters, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-organized office environment.
  • Coordinate and manage vendors and contracts, including invoice handling, purchase orders, budget tracking, and service quality monitoring, including preventive maintenance and coordination of external service providers in the absence of an on-site handyman.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS standards, Swiss regulations, and company policies, including basic safety checks and emergency readiness.
