Facility Engineer

Operate and maintain HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs), Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, generators, UPS), Plumbing & drainage systems, Fire detection and firefighting systems, Elevators and escalators (vendor coordination). Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. Troubleshoot breakdowns and restore services quickly. Ensure asset uptime and system reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile: MEP.
