Facility Engineer

Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing building services and M&E works, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, control, and coordinate building services works, including preventive maintenance, breakdown, rectification, and repair works.
• Lead and manage a team of supervisors and skilled workers to ensure accurate, timely, and quality execution of site works in accordance with client requirements.
• Liaise with and conduct meetings with clients, managing agents, and subcontractors to ensure all requirements and authority regulations are complied with.
• Monitor works progress, track deliverables, and provide timely progress updates and reports to management.
• Conduct Toolbox Meetings and Coordination Meetings to reinforce safety, work sequencing, and alignment of onsite activities.
