Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all installations, including heating, electrical, plumbing, equipment control, etc., as well as refurbishments.
- Perform documentation and payments for the different departments, which provide us with their services.
- Manage the maintenance of equipment and supplies to comply with health and safety standards and audits.
- Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Supervise facility staff and outside contractors.
- Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
- Maintain financial and non-financial records, perform analysis and forecasting.
- Manage personnel and provide schedule availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Engineering or university degree.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in the same position.
- English Fluency: 80%.
