Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all installations, including heating, electrical, plumbing, equipment control, etc., as well as refurbishments.
  • Perform documentation and payments for the different departments, which provide us with their services.
  • Manage the maintenance of equipment and supplies to comply with health and safety standards and audits.
  • Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
  • Supervise facility staff and outside contractors.
  • Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
  • Maintain financial and non-financial records, perform analysis and forecasting.
  • Manage personnel and provide schedule availability.

Qualifications

  • Education: Engineering or university degree.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in the same position.
  • English Fluency: 80%.
