Facility Executive


Role Overview

I am looking for a proactive and service-oriented Facilities Executive to independently manage day-to-day workplace operations and ensure smooth employee support. This role is less about heavy technical expertise and more about strong ownership, service orientation, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily facility operations, including employee queries, housekeeping, front office, vendor coordination, and service requests.
  • Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring closure within agreed timelines and proper follow-ups.
  • Maintain a strong customer service mindset to ensure workplace comfort and employee satisfaction.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to reporting managers on tasks, issues, and resolutions.
  • Oversee UPS system-related support and coordinate with vendors for AMC or breakdown issues.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with external service providers while tracking performance.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Service-driven approach with the ability to resolve issues quickly and independently.
  • Proven sense of accountability and ownership in previous roles.
  • Basic understanding of facility equipment (UPS system) with willingness to learn further.
  • Ability to adapt and work independently without heavy supervision.
