**Job Summary:**
The Facility & General Affairs Manager contributes to the growth of Tiffany Japan and the improvement of employee productivity by maintaining and improving a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace environment, and by strategically and hands-on promoting a wide range of general affairs and facility operations, including compliance, welfare, and risk management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Facility Management:
2. Develop and execute maintenance and management plans for office buildings and facilities, including regular inspections and repairs, to manage the overall office environment. Additionally, select and review vendors as needed to achieve a better environment.
3. Manage emergency responses (e.g., breakdowns, disasters) and develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
