- System Exposure & Oversight: Learn to support and monitor facility water systems, including city water supply, industrial cooling water, ultra-pure water (UPW), and effluent treatment systems (WTP/IETS).
- Preventive Maintenance Support: Participate in routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities under guidance from experienced engineers.
- Project Involvement: Assist in facility-related improvement projects and gain exposure to structured problem-solving using the PDCA cycle.
- Safety & Compliance Awareness: Learn and follow safety standards, regulatory requirements, and site safety protocols in daily operations.
- Efficiency & Sustainability Learning: Support monitoring of water and energy usage and contribute ideas for conservation and efficiency improvements.
