Job Description
Supports the Facility Maintenance Manager or Senior Manager in designated facilities by developing recommended optimal schedules for Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and related project work on the material handling system, facility (building and FedExs) and by developing improvement recommendations to maintenance processes.
Essential Functions
Understands and keeps current a comprehensive asset inventory of all material handling and facility assets requiring preventative and corrective maintenance.Understands, plans and refines the proper preventative and corrective maintenance scheduling and tasks for each asset and the estimated work effort and time to complete these tasks based on the number and location of assets, critical nature of each asset, estimated work effort and time required to complete and the available maintenance windows.Plans the scheduling of sort support coverage to properly support day-to-day hub operati...
