Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Perform internal and outdoor building maintenance including hostel maintenance job when necessary.
• Keep the places where maintenance work is being done clean and safe.
• Work with third-party contractors who provide maintenance services.
• Assist contractors working on approved projects for building maintenance and modification.
• Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.
• Responsible for the completion of all scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance & services.
• Conduct routine maintenance as specified by various maintenance procedures.
• Conduct routine inspection of building and make necessary repairs to maintain the building quality.
• To be part of safety community and Fire Squad.
• Has to primary function of ensuring that equipment downtime is kept to a minimum.
