VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician for an apartment property in Albuquerque, NM.
This is a Full-time, temp-to-hire position.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Pay for this position starts at $20.00 per hour.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:
  • Perform maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision consistent with company policy and direction from the maintenance supervisor and/or property manager.
  • Assist with administration of maintenance functions such as tracking inventory, data entry of work orders, maintaining updated records in relation to mold and mildew log, pool log, etc.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service for prospects, residents, vendors, and corporate departments.
  • Record and maintain employee time sheet of all hours worked.
