Facility Maintenance Technician

Position summary:

Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician. This position is a hands-on technician position responsible for performing work assignments, identifying needed work, preparing work areas, and conducting work to ensure the safety of occupants, continuity of business operations, and the cleanliness of all work areas. This position services the areas of Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco County.


The company desires an individual with a high degree of focus on customer service, exceptional technical skill and an aptitude for facilities maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, general building troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairs; along with executing preventive maintenance (PM) activities and including oversight of subcontracted services as required.
