*Job Description*
* Conduct a detailed on-site survey of all infrastructure equipment in our current company building, including numbering and labeling
* Establish a comprehensive database for the numbered equipment and process existing data
* Prepare the infrastructure for an interface project to link the database with periodic control and maintenance forms
* Develop a system for easy equipment identification and access to historical records during periodic inspections
* Provide regular reports on project progress and collaborate with relevant departments.
*Qualifications*
* Currently enrolled in a university Engineering or Architecture faculty (preferably a 3rd or 4th-year student)
* Interested in building automation systems, facility management, and digitalization, with well-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel), detail-oriented, and systematic in approach
* Capable of teamwork, responsible, and possessing effective communication skills
* Able to work in our office 3 days a week.
