PrideStaff is working with a Non-Profit Organization in Halethorpe, MD to help recruit a new manager of facilities and safety. The Manager of Facilities & Safety is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the operational integrity, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance of all company locations. This position bridges the gap between high-level strategic planning and daily execution, providing critical oversight for multi-site maintenance priorities and vendor relationships. By guiding the Facilities Supervisor and fostering a culture of safety, the Manager ensures a functional, compliant, and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and the community we serve.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
