Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Facility Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead on-ground teams, and ensure uninterrupted facility services. The ideal candidate must have strong team-handling capabilities and the ability to source and deploy manpower on short notice. This role offers strong performance-linked earning potential and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete facility management operations for assigned villas / residential sites.

  • Lead, supervise, and manage on-site teams including housekeeping, security, and technicians.

  • Ensure SLA compliance, service quality, and client satisfaction.

  • Handle client communication, complaints, and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

  • Source, mobilize, and deploy manpower within short timelines when required.

  • Manage vendors and third-party service providers.

  • Ensure operational discipline, attendance control, and manpower retention.

  • Prepare basic operational and site performance reports.

Incentive-Linked Performance Areas

Incentives will be paid based on:

  • SLA compliance and site performance

  • Quick manpower sourcing and deployment

  • Team retention and stability

  • Successful takeover and stabilization of new sites

  • Overall client satisfaction and escalation control



Requirements

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility / Property Management (Bengaluru market preferred).

  • Proven team-handling and leadership skills.

  • Strong local network for quick manpower sourcing.

  • Sound knowledge of housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, and vendor coordination.

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure situations.

  • Good communication skills (Kannada preferred).

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

  • Performance-Based Incentives: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000+ per month




Requirements
Experience & Skills: • 6 to 8 years of experience in mall leasing or commercial real estate. • Strong knowledge of the retail and commercial real estate industry. • Excellent network of CEOs and business heads in the retail sector. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. Performance Metrics: • Occupancy rate & tenant retention. • Revenue growth from leasing activities. • Market competitiveness and tenant mix quality. • Timely execution of lease agreements. • Compliance with legal and financial regulations. • Submission of monthly MIS reports.
