We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Facility Manager/ Assistant Facility Manager role. - Candidates must have good knowledge in facility management services, must have good communication & problem solving skills.
- Should be able to manage a team of 10 to 20 people (Operators & Technicians), and maintain good rapport with the clients & employees.
- Project coordination with vendors, ensure timely project execution within budget & report to management team
- Priorities work as per the management instructions, follow the SLA & escalation process
- Ensure the hand over and take over work activities during shift change over between technicians/BMS and amongst AFMs
- Ensure customer compliance are attended on time by technicians, tickets are closed with in SLA
- Incident report detailed report with RCA
- Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns Supervise the logbooks, checklists and schedules
- Knowledge about DG, Elevator, STP is added advantage
Requirements
Qualifications:
- BE/B-Tech in EEE or MBA.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
