Job Description
1. Maintaining and managing the overall facility operations. (General admin works, logistics requirements, office supplies inventory, courier services etc). Oversee office premises and work on the well maintenance and upgradation of company infrastructure all the times.
2. Management of canteen, uniform, housekeeping and sanitation.
3. Conduct regular inspection and audit of office premises and parking area.
4. Negotiate and oversee vendor agreements to ensure cost effectiveness and quality delivery.
5. Maintain and update records for inspection, audit legal documentation.
6. Implement fire safety, emergency response plan, initiate mock drills other health protocols.
7. Oversee renovation projects whenever required.
8. Supervise security operation to prevent unauthorised access, threats, etc.
9. Monitor electricity, water fuel consumption to optimise cost.
