YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
The Facility Manager is responsible for oversight of plant operations to include leadershipof employees, organization of production and ensuring the plant runs safely and efficiently.
Description:
Promote and sustain a “Safety First” environment for all employees; monitor the facility for any potential hazards; report near misses and work with HSQE on any workplace incidents Maintain optimum operation by assigning work, overseeing production schedules, hiring and training new employees and managing performance of all staff Monitor the production equipment to ensure it’s in good working order.
