coordinate preventive and periodic maintenance, inspection programs at facility

subcontractors and service providers, ensuring HSE compliance Manage
renovation, refurbishment, and investment projects Prepare and/or
review technical documentation including reports, quantity take-offs, cost
analyses, and progress payment files of service providers Control
facility budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) and prepare management reports Participate in
HSE, Fire Safety, Emergency Response, and Risk Assessment activities Act in full
