Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Facility Manager to join our team in Limerick

Working pattern Monday - Thursday: 08:00 to 16:30 Friday: 08:00 to 15:30

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Overarching management of plant facilities and soft services teams
• Lead Facility and Soft Services teams to ensure KPI metrics are consistently achieved
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Report to the site leadership team on current issues, with clear escalation paths
• Assess and report on the current condition and capacity of plant services
• Develop and provide future energy strategies for plant upgrades and replacements
• Collaborate with cross-functional and support teams to coordinate preventative maintenance and calibration activities
