In this role, you will lead facility and office services across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring our people work in safe, welcoming and efficient environments. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on oversight of daily operations, driving continuous improvement, cost‑efficiency and service quality across the regional footprint. You will partner closely with local management, HR and senior stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, lease agreements and workplace projects such as office moves, refurbishments and new site openings. Your leadership will help align our workplaces with Essity's purpose and long‑term business ambitions.
