About The Role
KONGSBERG Discovery is moving into
Horten Horizon
, our new office and factory in Horten. The facility is 44,000 sqm, BREEAM Very Good-certified and Energy Class A, and will support around 1,000 employees and the manufacturing of technology used for the discovery of ocean space.

We are now looking for a
Facility Manager
to establish and lead a new facility management team and build a world-class operation for our new site. This role is central to ensuring a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment for employees and visitors. The position is a people leadership and operational management role, where results are delivered through structure, priorities, and strong execution through others.

You will work closely with key internal stakeholders, service providers, property owners and Kongsberg Eiendom AS, and collaborate tightly with our manufacturing maintenance function.
