    • Love leading with heart? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Facility Manager to head up the amazing team at mecwacare Wahroonga our 90-bed home in Canadian (Ballarat) 3350. As Facility Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our home, ensuring exceptional care, comfort, and lifestyle for our residents. Reporting to the General Manager of Residential Services, you’ll guide a passionate multidisciplinary team supported by experts in Quality, Learning and Development and P&C. Operate under AN-ACC funding guidelines to drive continuous improvement and make the best use of resources. Together, we create a vibrant, inclusive community where residents feel valued, engaged, and truly at home.
