Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our physical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems, services, and environments are safe, efficient, and aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Operations & Maintenance:
  
  

Manage and supervise all facility-related activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance. Ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility services. Negotiate contracts and monitor service level agreements.
