Job Description
As Facility / Office Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating the office
- Follow-up & ordering of office supplies
- Contact person for suppliers
- Managing in/out mail
- Managing badges & access for visitors & employees
- General administrative support (phone, documents, emails...) at the reception
- You are fluent in French and English or Dutch and English
- You can use MS Office fluently
- You have at least 1 year experience in hospitality, office support or reception
- You are hands-on, dynamic, organised & proactive
- You are sociable and have good communication skills
