Facility Operations Manager I

Overview

Clean Harbors in Corunna, Ontario, is hiring a Facility Operations Manager for their Lambton Facilities. This individual is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Incineration facility and helping generate ideas for unit performance improvement and helping drive the successful implementation of those ideas by working with operations, engineering, and senior leadership. Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of the unit.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the #1 priority at all times. Audit personnel and processes throughout the shift to ensure proper safety practices are in place and safety policies and procedures are being followed.
• Directly manage a shift of 5 incineration employees operating the Sarnia Incineration unit.
