Roles & Responsibilities:


Facility Management


- Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all club areas (gym floor, locker rooms, pool, spa, studios, etc.).


- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, servicing, and facility upgrades.


- Ensure all equipment is in working order and regularly serviced.


- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including fire safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols

Club Operations


- Manage day-to-day club operations, including front desk, membership, and fitness staff.


- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high operational efficiency.


- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals.
