Job Description
Primary Function
- Coordinate the day to day maintenance of the Club, including cleaning, purchasing of supplies, arranging for maintenance schedules and repairs of equipment and systems, building and facilities, and scheduling of required inspections.
Operations
- Ensure that procedures followed in the operation of the Club Conform to the policies put in place by the management.
- Act as liaison with all the technical activities of Club with regards to permits and licenses for areas of responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to Labor standards
- Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of Club Facilities
Administrative
- Maintaining records of building and housekeeping.
- Write contracts with all facility user groups, and deal with any concerns arising from their use of the facility.
