<p><p><b>Job Description:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- The Project Manager role at FactEntry will be responsible for leading and delivering projects that enable and support FactEntry and SIX Business operations.<br/><br/>- The role involves managing projects through a full project lifecycle using industry-standard project management methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.<br/><br/>- This position requires strong project management skills, cross functional coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively with business, technical teams and global stakeholders.<br/><br/>- The ideal candidate should be committed to excellence in customer service, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.<br/><br/>- We are looking for candidates with prior experience in managing projects in a financial services industry.<br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross functional teams to prepare detailed project plans, determine resource allocation and delivery timelines.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with global stakeholders and business, conduct internal meetings, and streamline the overall workflow ensuring timely project deliverables.<br/><br/>- Define project scope and develop comprehensive project plans with schedules, deliverables, and milestones.<br/><br/>- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.<br/><br/>- Support decision making with appropriate analysis of options, risks, costs, etc and manage overall project cost tracking.<br/><br/>- Perform analysis in a proactive and detail-oriented manner where required to understand the root cause of the challenges, risks and issues.<br/><br/>- Produce business insights and action based on the recommendations.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain project documentation, status reports including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes.<br/><br/>- Act as a primary liaison between vendors, stakeholders and internal teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent Project Management, Business Analysis and Requirement writing skills.<br/><br/>- Experience in migration and transition projects in a financial services industry.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).<br/><br/>- Excellent communication skills.<br/><br/>- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Effective in presenting complex information clearly to diverse and global audience.<br/><br/>- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, facilitation, and decision-making skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.<br/><br/>- PMP Certification preferred.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Visio.<br/><br/>- Experience of 6+ years with project management experience.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
