Main Purpose of Job:


Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Generalist provides a broad range of expert services: recruitment and succession planning; employee development and training; labor-management relations; employment law and policy interpretation, compensation, and classification management; benefits administration and employee rewards/recognition; and regulatory compliance guidance and HR reporting. This is a factory HR role working on site 5 days per week. The schedule is predominantly first shift, but there is a need for flexibility to support second and third shift hours.
